THE ARCHITECTURE CONSISTS OF A RECTANGULAR SINGLE LOADED COURTYARD BUILDING WITH TUCK-UNDER PARKING AND a CENTrally located, on-grade COURTYARD. the BUILDING’S WOOD STRUCTURAL SYSTEM allows the 3 stories of residential unit’s to align with the on-grade parking bays, CREATING AN EFFICIENT, COST EFFECTIVE HOUSING SOLUTION. ADDITIONALLY, A PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE WAS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE THE FAMILY ORIENTED END USERS ACCESS TO THE COURTYARD AND OUTDOOR AMENITY AREAS. THE BUILDING IS NOW COMPLETED.
