LOCATED IN SOUTHEAST HOUSTON, THE CULLEN MIXED-USE CAMPUS AIMS TO ACTIVATE AN EXISTING AND ALMOST HIDDEN INDUSTRIAL AREA. THE DEVELOPMENT IS COMPOSED OF A 9,425SF RETAIL BUILDING WITH AND TWO 11,610SF WAREHOUSES. THE MIXED-USE CAMPUS PROVIDES ARCHITECTURAL STRATEGIES TO MEET THE EVER CHANGING AND EVOLVING NEEDS BY PROVIDING COMBATIVE SPACES THAT ALLOW TENANTS TO BE DISTINCTIVE AS THEY WOULD LIKE. THE ARCHITECTURE CONSISTS OF A RECTANGULAR WAREHOUSES THAT FILTER THEIR PRIVACY OF ACCESS BASED ON PROGRAM THROUGH THE LOCATION OF THE ENTRIES. THE RECTANGULAR RETAIL BUILDING IS LOCATED BY INTERSECTION OF THE ADJECENT ROADS TO PROMOTE VEHICULAR AND PEDESTRIAN VISIBILITY FOR ALL THE FUTURE OCCUPANT BUSSINESS. THE DEVELOPMENT IS SET TO BREAK GROUND IN 2021.
